An amazing start for a movie set in old times and i loved the movie while watching online. Even though time presented is calm and the movie is based on riots. Director has managed to add the thrill most of the western thrillers failed to engage. They best theme which this movie deals is to realize how far one can go to keep their loved ones safe and sound. No matter if it means pain for both sides or free download. Another sub plot where the characters, who in start dislike each other, came to understand each other better then anyone else is depiction of true samurai’s with different agenda’s and principles. Both characters have been present as contrast of nature as one being humble and greedy while other narcissist and carefree. Grip over the story and the editing is remarkable. Many actors have performed to the reality. Production design is simple and impressive. Costumes are very gentle and about the era.
The full movie has Solid acting from the two leads and strong fight sequences accent this heartfelt tragedy. In Japan, where the film’s characters are famous and their battles well known, it won best picture, best actor, and best supporting actor for 2003. I cried while watching, even before the Shakespeare-like deaths and death-inspired monologues towards the tail end. Yes, I was highly affected, and really enjoyed the experience. However, the film was made for Japanese viewers and expects some knowledge of late feudal Japan. I’m not sure what watching this without knowing about the Bakumatsu might be like. Confusing, I suppose. Maybe read a Wikipedia article or two first?

Fui a ver está pelÃcula motivado por el hecho de que tiene una trama similar a 'Grave Encounters' una de las pelÃculas contemporáneas que desde mi perspectiva, si da miedo. Me gustó el hecho de que contaran la historia a travï¿ 1/2 1/2 (C)s de influencers para crear una empatÃa con el espectador joven, el giro de trama faltando 10 minutos para el final me pareció un poco desesperado, cambiar las cosas al final no te da la oportunidad de explicar bien las cosas, pero al menos me voy tranquilo al saber que no solo era una broma pesada, sino que estaban en manos de un verdadero enfermo mental.

War gestern 22.02.18 mit meinem Bruder den Film ansehen. Ich fand den Film furchtbar schlecht. Die Erwartungen die man durch den ersten Trailer den ich gesehen habe wurden nicht erfüllt. Die Idee ist gut und mache Effekte nicht schlecht. Keine Schreckmomente gibt's, dafür 2 Sterne. Aber der Rest.... Der Anfang ist langatmig und der Schluss typisch. Er ist eine Mischung aus unkown user und grave encounters 2. Spart euch das Geld und die Zeit.
